pending I-130 to I-360
hello everyone I have a question please I need help…my partner filled an I-130 which is still pending in 2020 and now I’ve a vawa which is still processing how do I add my I-130 to my vawa.

Okay, you may have to draft a letter and send to the office handling your case requesting that they transfer the priority date on your i-130 to I-360

I was told there’s nothing that needs to be done cause they (uscis) already know about both petitions
