Pending green card but admitted asylee. Do I need an advance parole to travel or refugee travel document is enough?
do ppl know if one need advance parole while they are an admitted asylee with a refugee travel document???

you need refugee travel document. it's very safe for travel abroad but not for your home country.

advance parole is for marriage based
travel document is for refugees and asylees. u need a refugee travel document, it takes time now so do it asap

@the g yep, apply for RTD it takes 14 months to get it.

@the g I applied for rtd last year Feb 2024 and was approved and produced on March 12 this year. I’ve been advised not to travel. my green card has not yet been approved
