anyone one waiting for a decision over 3 years? we had the interview on 2022, and it shows the case still pending right now!!! we sent several letters to ask what is going on but no real answer! so frustrated!

the best option is to do mandamus lawsuit and they will give your decision quickly. you might want to consult a lawyer and consider the lawsuit.
another option is that you can file a complaint with a federal ombudsman. I know someone who was in your situation (5 years decision pending) and got his decision through them. it’s a federal agency who will check continuously with USCIS until they give us a decision.

applied to asylum 10 years ago in the same month like you but I had my interview after a mandamus lawsuit tow months ago but no decision yet !!
