pending and moved back to NBC
what does it mean when a case pending for no visa avalibality for 3 months in fedral office non local for me and now moved to the NBC and still pending PD current since June 2025 and case submitted in oct 2024! ROW

hi @Elie Rad I was in Similer situation, in September,file moved to NBC from FO.
some how my file was picked up and given RFE in November,submitted rfe on Dec and received approval on Monday

hi@kevin 123 congratulations for getting the approval. I got RFE for birth certificate and submitted a response along time ago (in november2024) then case become pending for visa unavailabilty and moved to Non fedral office and now it is in NBC again.
