for already approved I-130. you can request to upgrade the i-485. they will only do that when they are going to approve it. it really doesn’t affect the approval time but you can apply citizenship in 3 years. i have been through the same situation, my case is still pending. god bless us for early approval

yes our i130 approved already with Gods blessing . How to upgrade the i485? i was thinking married to citizen case becomes current, as married to green card date is feb 2020 now. God bless us .

for I-485 the PD doesn’t matter as per uscis officer. it depends upon your luck how soon will it be approved not on whether it is F2A or IR.

@lama l I applied for upgrade. they said they will adjust accordingly during approval and it’s not going to fasten the process.

It's weird! I485 is affected by the backlog! If i130 is affected by visa bulletin, we won't get approved and this is not the case we have approval i130!
