PD priority date
Last week the i-140 was delivered by FedEx (USCIS TX), but I still do not have the PD (priority date) I understand that in period of 5 to 10 days for receive the tracking number, my question is the priority date is the same as the package was delivered by FedEx?

Hello,
your PD is the date on the top left portion of your notice, beneath your receipt number.
Essentially, the date your case was "received" by the USCIS.
for example, if you mailed your application package on 1/1/2023, and it was received by USCIS on 1/3/2023, 1/3/2023 is your priority date.

Actually, USCIS says 30 business days. PD is the same as the date received by USCIS.
