I am a dependent..Principal was approved in EB2 category but my status changed to CRP on 22nd Sept and since then no movement..

@Prity Kumari I noticed that EB2 gets approval faster than the rest..

I’ve noticed that CRP with the message of “visa unavailability” are getting approved and the ones with “request for transfer of underlying basis” is not.
Bug AgingOct 5, 2022
@Hope K where can I find that message that says “visa unavailability” or request for transfer”?
Mine says in the second paragraph that they will update soon in the system (processing to approve, transfer to field office or requesting for afditional evidence)..

@bug same even for my case
@hope if you can, then please post the complete message

Bug & Abra,
Below is my whole message and also one of the two messages I saw all over omthe internet:
PLEASE NOTE: If you have submitted a valid transfer of underlying basis request, then this Case Status Online message does not mean that USCIS has paused work on your application. Our systems do not currently have the capability to automatically update the receipt of a transfer of underlying basis request or Supplement J at this time.
The message will be updated in Case Status Online, however, after USCIS takes some other action on the adjustment of status application (for example, issuing a request for evidence, transferring the application between offices, or approving the application).
For more information, please see the Fiscal Year 2022 Employment-Based Adjustment of Status FAQs page.
Bug, Just google your message. It’s all over trackett, Reditt, and other websites including lawfully. The only approvals that I saw were the ones with the other message—CRP due to “non visa availability.”

@hope thanks for posting the message details, how your posted message is not related to “non visa availability”. I can find your posted message all over internet, even my case has same message text.
If you have messages text related to “non visa availability”, then pls share. Thanks

@Hope K its the same message that I got on my case but it didn’t specifically said that CRP due to non visa availability. If it indicates that CRP is due to non visa availability I would be less anxious this time.

Bug & Abra, “CRP due to the “visa unavailability” was the other message that people got. There were two different CRPs that were floating around and the ones with “visa unavailability” are getting there GCs before us.

@Hope K oh okay.

Yesterday, my case status finally got updated to "We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application", so looks like USCIS has kept aside my I485 for now.
