How can they approve F2A I 485 when the visa bulletin is current for June 2020? Has the beneficiary been upgraded to a us citizen?

@Jane Frances, they are working on June 2020 for F2A. I think Juan is not f2a or they mistakenly approved. There is no hell chance of approval green card which priority date is not current.

@p A my friend had the same situation, visa bulletin wasn’t current since April but she got approved on July :))

@p A never say never. God is at work. Beside I don't think Uscis was working or accepting new cases on June 2020 during covid lockdown. It's possible they extend to 2021

@S B i am 100% confident that the uscis did a mistake on your Greencard and your friend. I will suggest you to contact a lawer and uscis tier 2 officer and resolve a issue. It is an error. No matter what, they are not allowed to issued greencard when the visa bulletion is not current for you. You will face problem while apply for citizenship. I do not want you to apply for greencard at the time of getting citizen. please consult to a lawer.
