@Da Da senetor and congressman inquired total 10 times from last year. case with stuck in background check.

@Da Da I am from ROW(rest of world) . case is now local field office after interview. don’t have 5K for mandamus.

@January 2021 later as a derivative applicant, that’s why I got interviewed. Case is still pending after interview since April 2024

@Alex brown if i was you i would of go for mandamus i mean is taking to long especially you see june and july getting approved do yih have any kids with your spouse. ?? so probably that what is going to delay my case because i added my wife as derivative as i got married later on the process
