June 2021 pd Aos got fingerprints was taken updated 3 weeks ago after 3 years of CASE R P and then nothing now

@NBC June 4 2021 my fringerprints were taken July 2024. this June the status updated to “remain pending”

@june2021 pd yes. PERM audit, 3 times RFE (485J summited mising page 2, W2 and paystubs, medical exam), interview also.

@EB3 Unskilled EB3 Unskilled my rfe was medical exam and it’s expired in march 2025 so yesterday I got notification saying “initial evidence notice sent” seems like it will be medical again?
