PD is current, waiting since October
Straight filing scenario, date retrogressed back in 2021 and became current again in Oct bulletin. However, no update yet. Medicals would have expired, so went ahead and got medicals done. Waiting for the sealed envelope. Case is still showing as pending with NBC. Any suggestions?

just to be clear, your pd is nov 2020 ? And you’re still waiting for your application to be looked at by USCIS?

No priority date is Aug 22, 2013. Originally AOS filed in Nov 2020, biometrics completed in 2021, Medical RFE also submitted in 2021 which have obviously expired. Now PD is current again.

my PD has been current for some months as well. also a steaight filing scenario at NBC. interview waived and waiting
