Hi yall, any idea of when I should expect to file for AOS (already approved I-140 NIW-EB2)? I expect FY 2026 but then the question is when I should expect for get the GC.
Another important question is if the current government will make things easier for ROW countries and if so what’s your expectations?
Should I wait or should I have my company to file for an EB1 since I have an approved O1?

I think, things will move forward only by October since that's FY2026. BUT 18 months is the minimum to apply to get the GC.
