PD 2/21 and nothing yet🥲

@Italo Bonifacio I submitted e-request, I contact to them, they told me give them 30 days to response to me.

I was thinking about sending a request as well but I think I’ll wait a little bit longer. Please keep us posted about your process!

I heard someone got approved yesterday. his pd was April, 2021. He shared it in a different group.

@yummy hoo i can not understand the process of approval, it seems not to be in order. why april comes first?

@Young Nguyen I have no idea. He just got approved. He also had his interview in March 2024. After being pending for a while, he was approved yesterday. The point is..I guessing he renewed his work permit (Form I-765) at Jan 2025, which might have triggered them to reopen his case.

@Young Nguyen they don’t process like in order. it’s random and depend about the Officer, if officer still following on your case, then they can reopen it !

@yummy hoo if he had his interview in March then the field office should have keeping his application and wait until this month to approve.

@Cu 🍀 i do not think it’s a random, there will be different officers who are in charge different states (local field offices). it is like every city has different senates being in charge different areas (zip codes). Or that depents where you filed your profile and where your case is right now. So, there will be different staffs processing cases in this way, i mean.

@Feb 21 that was the March 2024, not 2025. one year ago. it is impossible

@Young Nguyen my bad, been working in eb3 for so long I don’t remember the time anymore lol. It could be a service request or a ead renew application like you said. Just send anything will make the officer look at your case

@Young Nguyen that’s why I’m said. that staff in FO interviewed his case, then his PD become current, that staff reopen and approve!

April 2021 no update yet

PD Sep/20 and Case Remains Pending. My work permit was set to expire in Jan/2025, and I requested the renewal in Aug/2024. I’ve already received the new work permit, but my case is still pending.

I got approved Pd is Jan 2021

@R J you should contact attorney to sue, it’s about 4000$ - 5000$, your PD and your case is too long time!
