@mano @ 11 No, USCIS processing is not affected but NVC process does !!! Some of my friend Got approved , Its just IOE or Paper based diff making issues

@Manish Reg, what do you mean by 'aper-based or IOE difference? Is one or the other being approved faster? Mine is SRC paper based and I have no updates. I am from one of 75 countries

@D GR same date , still pending same situation !!! UScis processing time is 35 month for 80% , But i have seen most of caes are completed in 37 month , hope we all get approved soon !!! In God we trust !!

Did you get your ead? I'm a nurse too. My opt ead expires on 7/4. My pd is 6/23/23 and filed i-485 and 765 last Dec at NBC. I'm waiting for my ead, but still pending. I'm considering msn day 1 cpt, but concerning if it's not good for my green card approval. 😥

@Ah ly, Did your status change at all here on lawfully, or do you only know bc you talked to a live agent? I asked a live agent not long ago, and they said my case was at NBC, but they didn’t seem happy to give me any information, and barely said anything

@D GR hi I only knew thru chat with live agent. They were able to tell me my transferred date. I’ve been seeing some April 2023 cases got transferred to Field Office now

@Ah ly @Manish Reg same here. Just chatted with Emma and got a silent update on my case. It has apparently been transferred to the Pittsburgh Field Office, even though it’s not my local field office. My online status still shows “Case Remains Pending,” but at least it’s moving through the process. Hopefully we’ll get our green cards sooner than expected. Let’s keep each other posted on any updates!

@Thai Nguyen hi your PD is April 2023 as well? I chatted with live agent and was told that officer requested for visa number for my case so I dont know how long will it take

@Ah ly @Thai Nguyen as per my research , if transferred to non local field usually interview waiver , reddit research also it takes around 15-45 days for approval for 60 percent of cases , safe side 30-60 days and 0-90 days if took more time !!! Most cases are approved usually 2-6 weeks !!! all the best guys !!! let inform all people what we know !!

@Manish Reg @Ah ly, I received an RFE for medicals since mine expired, as I sent it over 2 years ago. The RFE letter instructed me to mail the envelope to Columbus, Ohio. Emma confirmed that my case is at the Columbus field office. Hoping all our cases get approved soon!!

@D GR when did you sent medical refs before,?? as per rules after nov 1 2023 medical i-693 doesnt expires, also mine also is columbus tf from nbc !!!

@Manish Reg I did my first medical exam in May 2023. Going to send the second one on Monday and hoping to get an update soon. Where do you live? Columbus is not local for me so also hoping interview will be waived

@Ah ly yes my PD is Apr 25, 2023. I just found out yesterday that my case has been transferred to the Pittsburgg FO when I was chatting with a live agent. But they couldn’t tell me exactly since when my case has been transferred from NBC.

@Manish Reg it makes sense. how come they request us to go all the way to non-local FO just for an interview? but I guess I still have to get another medical exam since I submitted mine back in Arpil 2023 which has already been expired.
