PD: 10/14/2020 The wait is painful ><
I chatted with a live agent on uscis website and he told me that an officer reviewed my case on July 12. Should I expect anything from them, like RFE or whatever? My PD is Oct 2020 and there has not been a single change or update on my case for over 600 days. Not even an interview or RFE even though my medical already expired frrr. Anyone on the same boat?

i know some ppl from 2020 as well but they are CP and they still waiting too, i guess soon you will hear from them 🤞🏼

@GC approve07/10 . they said they transferred my case to New Jersey Central Field Office which is not the state I’m in right now. If that’s the case, should I still contact my local congressman?

yes. they will contact uscis on behalf of you. you just need to keep following up with your congressman

dont worry your green card is almost there. They will likely issue an RFE on your medical soon, so keep it in hand in order to send it asap to avoid any delays you don’t want.

my interview was yesterday and at the end officer said She will approve my case and I should be getting a green card in 14 days but nothing changed on my online status and it is may be due to the fact that priority date is not current

@Bubu Nguyen you could google who is your local congressman in your area. then call them and ask them about your uscis situation. they would be able to help you

yeah make sure you keep pushing and following up with them. they tend to have more power contacting uscis compare to us.
