it’s a provision that allows applicants with an I-485 that has been pending for more than 180 days to change jobs as long as the job is the “same or similar”. I would recommend to check with a lawyer before invoking AC21 to make sure that the new job would be considered the “same or similar” by USCIS.

@Patience Hope seems that TSC resumed transferring all employment-based I-485 applications to NBC over the last two weeks. There has been limited/no transfers over the last 4 months.

@Chris H According to USCIS, the I-485s are processed in the order they are received. We don’t know anything more than that.
