PASSPORT IS READY FOR PICKUP
Hello,
I rec’d an email saying my husband passport is ready for pick up but we are having problems with the payment portion. Has anyone pick there passport up in Lagos Nigeria and had this issue? we’re trying to call OIS services but no one is picking up. A response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

OIS never picks up. You always have to go to them.
