same with me. I only received receipt for I485 and I140. is this Nebraska center? Did you receive receipt for I131?

@Emmy O yes it is. I haven’t received my i131 receipt yet. My package was sent my the end of April

it took 7-8 weeks for me to get the receipt notices. I heard from other folks, similar delay. looks like a normal process for concurrent filing.

You should receive the notice in 4-6 weeks from submission date for I-131 and I-765. My I-131 and I-765 were approved in 2 months. Processing time can be changed based on the service.

@Nil Nil thank you it’s been 4 weeks and I heard sometimes they sent all the receipt notice together.

@a hly My documents were also filed concurrently in April 2023. I got the notices for the I-140 and I-485 soon after. Then my I-140 was approved in April. I just got the notices for I-765 and I-131 4 days ago and they were both approved yesterday. So I believe yours is on the way. For some reason the I-765 and I-131 notices come a little later.

@a hly @Liv I my application was received by uscis lockbox on April 28 but the receipt notice has may 23 received date. when did you file yours?

@S A Hi, I filed on April 10 and the received date is April 10. I’m not sure why your received date is almost a month later, that’s different. try contacting USCIS

@S A No I haven’t but I believe that USCIS should be able to fix it if you contact them

@S A it was sent to Nebraska since my lawyer sent both i140 premium process and i485 together

@S A My lawyer sent everything to the Nebraska Service Center

hi! i was in the same situation as yours. i got the receipt notice in the mail on monday (june 12). mine was filed april 21st so hopefully yours will come soon!
