Over a year waiting for I-130?
I filed for my husband on January 8th 2024 and it’s now been over a year and it still says Activly viewing case? It’s an I-130 through the National Benefits? Any idea on how long we have left? He’s lived here since he was 14. No he or I didn’t know about the DACA program until it was too late. We have 2 kids and have been married since 2019? Anyone else have a similar situation with the I-130 through national benefits??
