outside normal processing time
hello, I am currently trying to put in an e- inquiry request on the uscis site because my case is outside the normal processing time, however when I fill the form it tells me my case is within the normal processing time , which is not.
is this happening to anyone else , and also if it has, what does this mean ?

it should give you the date when you can file e-request

it does , and it said Jan 1
but now when I fill the form it doesn’t allow me to submit
