No I mean can I travel with my AP while my greencard is approved. i am out of the country without my greencard but with my AP. My GC has been approved

I was actually told different by my lawyer. Your AP is voided when your GC is approved. I was told to have someone mail the physical green card and travel on that, travelling with the AP will be denied.

it’s not gona b denied @Laura…your lawyer just want you to b safe that’s what thy usually do but u can travel wit AP that is it purpose

This happens all the time. you travel back with your AP and at the port of entry explain to the officer that you were approved while you were traveling. They will send you to secondary inspection and verify you are a permanent resident now and admit you as such.
just being a copy of your approval notice. have someone email you a picture of it and print it.
