🎉Our EB1A Green Card Journey: Encouragement for Those Still Waiting
To everyone waiting for their green card approval, I want to share our story to inspire hope and patience. My family and I just received our green cards in the mail today, February 3, 2025, and I know how challenging the waiting process can be. Here’s our timeline to give you an idea of what to expect:
• Priority Date: April 25, 2024 (EB1A approved in May with premium processing, no RFEs).
• Adjustment of Status Filing: October 2024 (non-concurrent as I was on O1A).
• RFIE: November 1, 2024 (birth certificate for my husband and me).
• Biometrics Appointment: November 13, 2024.
• Combo Card Issued: November 19, 2024.
• Evidence Received by USCIS: December 6, 2024.
• Approval Updates:
• January 27, 2025: “New card is being produced.”
• January 28, 2025: “Case approved.”
• January 30, 2025: “Card mailed.”
• Green Cards Delivered: February 3, 2025.

congrats! what is it with birth certificates? I submitted them along with i485 and they issues RFIE for the same. it is in English and comply with the version they asked

@Bo s same thing happened we had to then submit it again with a bunch of affidavit and other supporting documents 🤦♀️

country please I think it is the same thing with my family application we Our EB1A approved and we apply for green card on 2nd October 2024 and I received RFE for my birth certificate and I send it and it was received on 7 November 2024 there is no any update again . am in missing something?
