When did you start your journey ? in 2021 or earlier?
I start it in March 2020 in New York , then I moved to Orlando in June 2021 , transferred my case here. Got an approval letter . They scheduled my interview in July 2021 for August 2021. I have never got any letters, and I didn’t have an online account. They sent a denied letter about my case to my old address in New York. I had to fill out the form “ Motion to reopen“.

it’s almost 3 months now I am waiting for answer about reopening.
and no combo card , renewal June 25th 2021.

I would say call them since you haven’t heard anything for them. motions in general take time we had to do one for an F1 few years ago, have a lawyer fight for you
