Only 12 months I130 case for my son got approved ( us citizen step father sponsor )
wait for next step - consultation processing .
1. Anyone here have experience and timeline( for each coming step and how much longer it takes ?
2. For son under 15 no need families pictures , holiday and festival history to submit like marriage bonafide ?
3. children under 16 no need police / criminal record ?
4. when we do the health certificate ?

your case will be sent to department of state that’s the nvc. I get my welcome letter in 3 days after approval where I get login info where I log in pay my 325 and 125. after that it update to paid I start to upload 1864 form and 3 last year transcript and last w-2 . I will see list stuff they asked for. if he was 16 I will need police certificate but just his passport and birth certificate. those pictures and stuff prove that must take with interview with him

Hong Kong , did you get all done ? From the notice , till he got interview in the consulate of oversea and appleoved , then able to fly out to USA ( May I know how long it took in your case ?)
