Online I130-Petitioner Account!
Hi,my cousin’s wife, the petitioner, received a mail to create an online USCIS account. This is strange because my cousin, the applicant, already has an online account. Should his wife create an account?

yes, it’s better for both 130 petitioner and 485 applicant to have separate online accounts

It is normal that some people a few months after applying and even with the beneficiary already having an account, the petitioner also receives their own code by mail to create an account and follow the process if they’d like to.

I found the approval for I130 at my husband’s account and not mine, so they should check both accounts!!
