on the online account if you used a lawyer to filled your case , would u normally see representatives under case status? am just seeing that and it wasn’t there I switched over to a lawyer around 2 weeks ago an send medical and evidence 1 week ago

yes there’s a tab that says Representatives and also under Case Actions where the G28 is. I never touch either because I’m scared to mess something up.

If I had to guess I’d say it was USCIS because your attorney has to send in the G28 to let them know they’re representing you. :)
