@usc 7700 uhm got an RFE notification again but not sure what it’s about. Will update when I physically get the notice

@usc 7700 heyy, yess the rfe was about another mistake made on the medical exam so i had to make sure the doc made no more mistakes but it was just delivered this morning to USCIS. so im hoping for the best and the next post will be approved because there’s literally nothing left to fill out and send

@usc 7700 she claimed (the doctor) that the mistakes USCIS asked to be corrected were new updates that weren’t necessarily required prior. she said she’s been doing it for 25 yrs as an immigration civil surgeon but o complained to her that there should be a way USCIS updates these doctors so that they have the latest requirements because they mess with people’s life making small mistakes. I’m just grateful USCIS gave me not 1 but 2 chances for them to fix it. I don’t think they’re usually that nice. the mistake that was made was checking the last statement on the first page of the exam (can’t remember what it says), second not having every vaccine marked with something even if I didn’t need to get it. like there’s a box you need to check to show that you didn’t need to get the vaccine whether it was out of season or not required, another mistake was marking I had gonorrhea but I caught that in time luckily, fourth was on the last page there’s like 3 boxes to choose from to basically stated if the vaccination record page is complete or not and I told the doc there needed to be something marked. she argued USCIS doesn’t require it and that was incorrect they do. she basically was like because I didn’t take the flu shot because it’s not in season I technically wouldn’t have had a completed vaccination record which was false. so she had to fix that and I believe that’s it. so I originally got the rfe for medical in May and because of mistakes has delayed it to August. but I’m remaining hopeful 😉
