I feel you. It means something. The processing times on the USCIS web site, tell us they are taking longer. Not necessarily 15 months but they are taking longer than before. Last year it took 10 to 12 months and this year it increased to 13 months. And right now, according to the approval times I'm seeing from all the people that comment about their approvals, it's taking 13.5 months. So probably from now on it will be 14 months (as average). It is frustrating. I've been waiting almost 14 months, I hope my approval comes soon.
