ombudsman response. has anyone gotten this?

last month I contacted ombudsman for delayed on my cases 130 and 485 Pd/ 10/2021 in San Diego CA and uscis told them they required additional time same thing like you and today i got same message from ombudsman. hopefully we get updated soon
