ombudsman response. has anyone got this?

@mount laurel New Jersey I filed an ombudsman request over a weeke ago. maybe ten days ago. I only got the automatic confirmation. I never received anything after that. when will I get an initial response ? did you get an initial response few days later ?

it took like a month. they give uscis 30 days to respond before following up

but you’ll get an email saying they reached out to uscis after an analyst is assigned to your case which takes like a month and then another 30 days for uscis to respond they requested more time for me after the initial one

alright. but I haven’t even gotten my ead for my I-765. I just wasn’t sure if it’s better to get an update on each of the separate forms. @J P

and also the i130 is a separate privacy form because the beneficiary signs that versus the applicant signs it for the others

but ya from my congressional inquiry it seems like my expedite request for my 765 and 131 was held up due to my 485 prima facie eligibility determination. I think this may have been delayed because of my 130 and having to do biometrics for that which isn’t usually normal.

and you meant to say your pd was may 2022 but I saw you sent in your 765 March 2022. my date was feb 2022

we got the interview back of October 2021 , nothing after that , now almost after 2 years , requesting new medical and interview again, anybody has the same problem?
