don’t think so once you fill out the G28 and the N700 forms as well I think all you need to do is wait till they get back to you

My husband sent a form to Ombudsman just a week ago because his naturalization case was out of processing time, he passed interview in april 2021 and didn't received any decision. Ombudsman never replied but just yesterday my husband's case had an update saying Oath ceremony is going to be scheduled. I don't know if it is because he sent the form to the Ombudsman or it was coincidence. Before Ombudsman my husband requested help for Congressman, senator and did a e-request for inquiry and USCIS giving the same answer, need more time and actively reviewing the case.

please how do I contact ombudsman?

Somebody in this community shared the link and then I filed the form, before filing the form for Ombudsman, make sure you have the following information; They ask if you took any action before like reaching Congress or sent letters to USCIS or inquiries, you have to answer the exact dates when you sent request for help or inquiries and also email from Congressman you contacted.

I will suggest if you send anything to ombudsman check your junk mail sometimes they go there I found mine there asking me if I attended interview which they helped so check your junk mail

@Lisa Modhwadia if you receive an update today on your i130 says correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it how long to get approved same thing on my i485?
