Ombudsman
After exhausting all other avenues, I reached out to the ombudsman earlier this week. I know nothing is guaranteed with this entire process; but here’s hoping they will be able to at least figure out why my case hasn’t been looked at in over two years and get the ball rolling. I’m ready to see my husband more than once a year 🙏

Ombudsman also don't help out much, as all others agencies they just sent inquiry to USCIS. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

I don’t have $5k or more to throw away at the government 🤣 It’s a nice thought though
