@ovidio g the nvc sends the case to the designated embassy, they will booked the appointment on your behalf. Total time was approximately 2 wks after uscis approval

That timeline corresponds to what's stated in the NVC website, so good to know that it's accurate (unlike USCIS)

@NV NV we literally have the same timeline. only difference is I submitted my husband’s police record wrong, and I didn’t include my divorce papers. so I guess I’m waiting until next week to be DQ’d… 😢 But congratulations 🎊🎉 What country is your interview gonna be in if you don’t mind me asking?

@NV NV hmm I was under the impression that it was faster after being DQ'd, thanks for the update. I got my I130 approved on Jamuary 28 and paid NVC fees on Sunday but still says "In Process", hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to upload our NVC docs! We're in Colombia

@ovidio g congrats on the approval! make sure you upload all docs correctly the first time to avoid any delays.....it took ablut 6 dyas after i uploaded , to get DQ'd. I think every country has different wait times. Hopefully, IL is sooner than what I've been hearing. My spouse is in the D.R.
