Not sure. But I doubt it would be a single officer. Let's start of application input into USCIS system to the officer that will review your case. But just curious, why do you ask?

@Rijo Rijo Becuase I think they take case end to end. Person X has applied for I131,I765 and I485. If office A has picked up person X’s case he has to take it till end as he will have complete history of person X. This way adjudication will be much easier. This is just my thought process.. I may be wrong. By the way today I saw a EB1C approval for India.. But Aug 2017 PD

Since i485 is sent to locker facility, adjudicating officers might not be the first to work on those files.

I applied both eb1 and eb2 ; officer is same.
