hello,
for October do we use the filing action date or final action date?

I'm failing to understand the difference in the charts..if my PD is before filing chart does that mean I can file my AOS? what's the point of Final action date chart then?

yes. @ian Keanu . but no decision will be taken on the 1485 application unless your PD falls under Final Action Chart. other apps like EAD or AP should be processed.

@Due 4 PR and @V K thank you for the clear explanation..EAD is all I need for now as I don't want to get laid off! so I shall go ahead and file 🙂

your welcome. do remember that earliest you can file is October 1st. anything before then, it will either be rejected or sent back to you.
