October 2024 Prediction (old game)
They are in 2020 for literally 2 years if no changes is made until October 2024. If the same thing happens with 2021, people with PD mid 2022 and later have to wait a total of 4 years to file their I-485s. How is this even possible? From Current to backlogs 3-4 years in just a month.

@SC JN That would be great if it really happens

i don’t expect much , not more that 2month, and my predictions went very close so far

@Mk Asif What is the reason they have to stay in the year 2020 for so long?
Mk AsifMar 23, 2024
Perhaps USCIS received excessive number of Other workers applications ( including approved i140) and looking like they are trying to discourage to apply so many people as it’s a non priority and limited GC category
hello markMar 23, 2024
@waiting for gc no there was alot of applications with PD between 2017-2020 PD that was sent back to USCIS by the DOS for revocation of those petitions. USCIS review them and have sent most of the back to the embassy now stating they haven't found any suspicious activities in the application so the backlog is big. Also there is no 100k plus spillover from family base to Employer base anymore hence why the dates have returned to their pre-covid dates. when you have time go to the DOS website look at the Visa bulletin history from 1992-2020 most of the times other workers has always been backlog this is not new. Just how the process works.

@hello mark So you guess when this backlogs is clear or at least for people have PD in 2021 to be current?
hello markMar 23, 2024
@waiting for gc Supply and demand issue it will become current when the demand reduces then it will be backlog again. Look at the data from previous VB from 1992- 2024. History repeats it self.
