Wow!!! y'all should atleast have gotten EAD. This process is so unfair. All new cases are being approved leaving the older cases behind🤨😒

I submitted my forms on 8/19/2022. My spouse is citizen and we live in VA. I got my work permit in May 2023. I wish I can get green card soon.

you should call UCIS number a speak to a tier 2 officer and state financial hardship..

they’ll ask you several questions and just say you guys haven’t been able to pay some your bills in the past couple of months which has started to affect your spouses credit history and everything else due to only one person bringing in an income. Also state that you’ve seen some job opportunities you qualify for but unable to apply.
