I’m worried my husband and I are going to be in that awful situation where nothing is looked at in about a year +
We applied October 2021 and filed K3 in Feb 2nd.
I know K3 doesn’t guarantee anything so we just thought it’s worth a try
Our families already knew each other, before they introduced us my husband makes a very good salary and I’m a nurse working in Intensive Care. I’m from the UK.
Perhaps it’s me being inpatient but our case has not even been looked at. No active reviewed nothing.
I lost a family member yesterday life is just short I know we all want to be reunited with our spouses , families soon.
Anyone else filed Spousal Visa in October and still waiting to hear something??

im from germany, our center was nebraska not potomac but we filed oct 27th 2021 and got approved 2 days ago (mar 28th). maybe this gives you a little hope. stay strong, i’m praying for you, and i’m so so sorry for your loss. i hope you hear good news soon 💗 sending hugs x

My is April 21, actively review since sept 7 and I just filed K-3 a few days ago to see if that can help. I also reached out to U.S representative and they sent an inquiry so hopefully it would go fast.

i filled agust 2021 I130 and were are still in active review as of feb 21 2022 same processing center :(

@Jelani. You should hear it soon. Looks like Potomac are approving March/April cases.

@happywife. But at least your case has been looked at and assigned. There’s others including myself that hasn’t gone past a reciept notice.

@happywife. It’s tough i’m lucky in a sense I’m in UK so I can use my ESTA to travel to the States and he comes here but I’m ready to start my family and start a new life etc. My husband lives in TX but our case is in Potomac.. Rubbish

@Happy. Yeah i know what it means I also filed K3. Maybe they will approve your CR1 since they have denied your K3. Give it a few days. Still waiting for something my case.
