I see all the approvals here and other facebook groups and a whatsapp group that I belong to. Unless it's adjustment of status or unless they did the k3 trick they are being approved after 13.5 to 14.5 months

My husband's case was approved on August 12 and today I received the welcome letter. October 2023 #texas @mike Jordan

I submitted the K3 and they approved my i130 case in 10 months and they denied my K3. @mike Jordan

k3 visa it’s for spouse who lives outside of US ? or inside US?

@mike Jordan For a spouse that lives abroad. it's just a temporary visa to visit the spouse in the US. But the purpose is not getting it approved. They deny it but they consider approving the I-130 faster. It doesn't work all the time but it does in many cases for what I've seen. I didn't do that because i didn't know about it at first and it works when it's submitted the first 2 months after filing i-130.

@Ivy Vn well I don’t think that will work,because my wife she is currently in US ,and she entered the country with tourist visa .
