Oath Ceremony
I had my Interview October 7th and the Agent told me I had passed the Civics Test and that he will recommend me for approval for the Oath Ceremony. I have noticed that some Applicants get their Appointment for the Ceremony within a few Days and as of today I have not received any Updates. It still says Scheduled for an Interview. Anyone else had that happen too?

are you having a name change? if so it takes time to get your oath schedule.

No I didn't. I'm just concerned because some Applicants who had their Interview after me at the same Office already had their Appointments scheduled the same Day of their Interview.

@gigi aqui I already filled for my n-400 with GC marriage based with 3ywars rule online, by myself and I am having my name changed because I had issues with my biological father I didn’t use his name unfortunately he died when I couldn’t go back to my home country because of GC and O just want to put behind our differences so i decided to do things right . Is there going to be a problem?

@R K I don't think so, just that you have to wait for a judicial oath ceremony when you want to change your name on your certificate.
