Oakland park field office
I-130 was approved 13 days after interview which was August 7th ,yet to receive I-765 or i-485 approval its official past 120 days which the interview told me I should have a decision by ,and I reached out to local congressman Sheila McCormick (sunrise Florida ) 9 times no answer, did a service request seen that it has been post 120 days they told me within regular processing time. Just wanted to know if anyone who was located in south florida or specifically the Oakland park field office what other options or steps do I have , going to be my 4th Christmas without my family and mentally it’s starting to really effect me ,couldn’t even watch my grandmother get buried and all of this is starting to take a toll on me mentally and honestly ready to give up and go back to home country. If anyone got help feel free to comment I’m listening
