@mari cas we wrote to nvc and they said our petition has not been received yet how long does that usually take?

@henny henny how long does it take to send to DOS? ours still hasnt been sent

@T R once you get the NVC letter you will have to login and pay your fees. and after that it will take 3-4 days to process the fee. after that only you can start uploading the documents. and it will take 7-14 days to get documery qualified

@summer 123 hi i got the i130 approval notice on march 9th .. the notice said the petition was sent to department of state and the app updated saying ‘case approved’ on March 11th and we havent received anything since then … you are applying from Sri Lanka right? cause im applying from Sri Lanka too
