how many days later after uscis said case is transferred to department of state??

Donce Morillo here in lawfully app we got a notification saying "your case was sent to the department of state", then my husband found the letter in his email today

Yadav case was sent on September 14 and today we received the welcome letter

Hey glad you finally got the letter, well, you will need to find an agency, I think is the best for you the get the paper done, because it has many details, are the beneficiary or the peticioner?

God is good you'll need I-864 form, DS-260 etc...but is best if you go to an agency because that's what my husband did 😉 they are helping us a lot 😃
