how you got approved within one year from Vermont 😶😶 even citizens are waiting more than one year😶 did you expedite the case?

I waited more than a month

Mine took a month

still waiting. I send an inquiry and NVC said that USCIS haven’t send my petitions to NVC yet. it been 30 days since I got an approval. still waiting… 😩

yes but my lawyer is out of the country atm have to wait for her to reply me @aman d

@aman d the lawyer took all the payments and all do I submit to her but I didn’t get the welcome letter idk if she collected them up front so when she received she already have everything to submit

it will be almost 80 days and I still didn't receive my welcome letter

@aman d yes after 38 days they send a welcome letter to email. later today I use the new case number I got from NVC to check my status.. and it saying it in transit to my fiancé country Nigeria. I pray you get yours soon. try to send an inquiry to NVC and USCIS( that’s what I did)

@Adaeze Chukwukere i contact the uscis they said it’s with nvc. my lawyer said he send inquiry to nvc yesterday.. now I’ll wait for their response email. thanks for good words for me😊😊
