personally in my case, both me (petitioner) and my husband (beneficiary/applicant), got an email from NVC .. I think that’s the same for everyone but not sure. it should be both for you too
Mparmar ParmarNov 5, 2023

thank you so much all!! and who gets interview letter appointment? reason I am asking because beneficiary email address on I-130 form listed got deleted so don’t want to miss anything
L CNov 5, 2023
@unicorn life I believe that you will both get it on email, since you said the beneficiaries email got deleted from the form, only the petitioner will receive the email. just make sure that you are checking your emails and that you have your notifications on! :)

@L C @Mparmar Parmar thanks guys!! you guys are right we both got the email. my next question is how long does it take to activate account so that I can login with Case iD and invoice ID? right now it’s not allowing me I guess too soon ? on letter it says it might take upto 72 hours. also does it take long time to process payments once we pay online and how long does it take to DQ given i have all documents ready handy..
Mparmar ParmarNov 6, 2023
@unicorn life no , when we got the welcome letter, i was able to login immediately
L CNov 6, 2023
@unicorn life I was able to log in right away after putting in the case number and invoice number. but who knows maybe it can take a little bit of time. it doesn’t take too long to process the payments, I can’t remember exactly how long but maybe a few days to a week. if everything looks good to them (the payments and civil documents and AOS), then they will review it and they’ll DQ it. for me, after I submitted all documents, it took them 8 days to DQ it. you’ll get an email when it’s DQ and it will show up in your messages on your NVC account as well. hope this helped.

@unicorn life @L C once you make the payment it will take exactly 3 days to update.
L CNov 6, 2023
@Mparmar Parmar yeah I honestly wasn’t sure I knew it wasn’t long though, thanks for clearing that up.

@L C @Mparmar Parmar thanks again! yes I am able to login now and paid both fees, so have to wait 3 days to processed and then start application along with submitting documents. you guys awesome, I will come back with more questions along the way 😃

@L C @Mparmar Parmar could you please guide At NVC, do we have to fill out I-864(AOS) form and scan that documents to upload or is this something we can fill out online within CEAC website?
L CNov 7, 2023
@unicorn life I have an attorney so I scanned all civil documents and I sent her them. she submitted them all online to my NVC account as well as filled out all the questions online too.

@L C Question, I paid all fees and completed DS-260 application online and submitted all required documents last week but I checked online NVC case status it shows “action required” submit all documents send all documents in one package whereas at ceac status shows submitted. do we have to email documents to NVC?

@unicorn life the same happened to me but I think it’s because sometimes it takes long for them to change the status. log into your ceac account and see if you have any messages there about that. if you don’t, then you’re good. I submitted everything on my ceac account and I didn’t email anything.
