one more thing: why they even need 2021 transcripts if I have joint sponsors who’s income is enough 😞

how could they possibly reject something they already accepted? are they serious with this long process? I hope it’s an error

idk I’m confused… I have seen so many post .. when someone uploaded and it’s accepted and they request again 😞😞 I’m tired of this shit

@Menuka: what I understood is about 864 A is used for if ur own income from 2021 doesnt meet. That mean u have reported income from household mebers to IRS for year 2021 and using it. Now, u need all proof of income, latest paystubs from u and father. I think NVC didnt even look ur trancript last time and It was marked as accepted. I recently got DQ in at first attempt (Submitted 10/22. DQ 12/02). I realized there was little error on 864, but they ignored it!!

So they just done me the same way my situation is a little similar to yours but not quite see I uploaded my sponsors transcripts, and W-2s for all three years together back in august but when they went through my documents, the first time it was accepted and my 1099 was rejected because i uploaded it together with my w2 instead of uploading them separate on novemeber 29 they just accepted my documents but now rejected my sponosor transcript after been accepted for all this time as i waited my my documemts to be approved so now I had to re-uploaded my sponsor transcript and w2 separate but I also sent an inquiry to make sure that’s what they wanted because by the time they re-check my documents. It will be six months since my husband has been approved by the uscis which he could have been in the que waiting for an interview I’m pissed..

I seen ppl stuff do that , then after 48 hrs it go back to accepted

seriously guys idk what’s wrong 😞😞 I’m just tired. how could they accept all transcripts of 2019,2020, but not 2021. I have got same transcripts from all these year.. idk what’s going on .. I just resubmitted again idk what to do next I don’t wanna waste time so I resubmitted

i wish mines had done that it’s been a week and still says rejected so i just uploaded it again but separate folders

menuka parsai you should do an inquiry and also read the messages they sent you that’s what i did and the message tjey sent me just simply says upload it just my sponsor 2021 tax transcript and 2021 w2 so i did that..

i don’t think they except mailed in documents it has to be uploaded

they asking for me not sponsors… sponsors documents are accepted plus beneficiary documents too.. it’s just my 2021 transcripts rejected… which I have uploaded twice already

it sounds like when you are uploading it it’s not showing clear on their end if i where you i would rescan it to your computer and resend a brand new file just to be sure and to avoid it from keep being rejected and saying it’s not clear..

@menuka … tax transcript for 2021.. isnt the file less than 2MB when you download from IRS? I didn’t have to compress as it was already under the size limit.. just upload as is maybe?

@praj yeah I know I did twice and the keep rejecting it. idk why what do I they want .. every other transcripts is accepted just 2021 idk

there’s nothing even I did public inquiry for it. I uploaded there too. I asked them what documents is needed coz if it was 2021 transcripts then they should accept like 2019,2020. coz I have uploaded same like those 2. they reply me saying your documents will review soon. that’s all.

in this case, I would upload Tax Return, Account Transcript, Federal Tax return(1040 form and Forms claimed for Federal Tax) for 2021. In that way they would have very low chances to reject tax docs....at least u have more option at one place

it takes little longer to get interviews then CR1 or IR1 of us citizens.. that post was for CR1 of us citizens

did you use nvc website (your account) or you emailed them?

@kitana NVC will send you instructions to upload the documents (links case number etc). They dont accept email attachments.
