NVC Status is confusing
My case was sent to NVC by USCIS several months ago. But a week ago when I logged into NVC, it showed me that my case information is not avai. Then I wrote to NVC. After two attempts to find out what happened, they said the following. what does this mean? Please let me know if you know.
“The National Visa Center (NVC) is unable to assist you with your inquiry. Please redirect your inquiry to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).”

There is a difference between an NVC and USCIS. NVC is for consulate visa processing. I believe what you mean is NBC(National Benefits Center) which is under USCIS.
