u submit civil documents to the National Visa Center (NVC) online through the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) after you have completed the DS-260 and received instructions from the NVC.

You should submit the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) before uploading civil documents to the National Visa Center (NVC) as part of the immigrant visa process.

@gigi aqui how long did you have to wait for your welcome letter after your case was sent to NVC and did you receive the letter my mail or email? kindly reply me okay

@Rafatu Abubakari Took about 5 days from approval for the letter to come and it came via email. April 1st to April 6th

@Rafatu Abubakari No, you'll have to wait for the welcome letter with the login details, then login and pay the fees before you can submit the documents. it takes a couple of days for them to process the payment, once they do, you'll have access to the forms.
