@Mariana ♡ DQ takes less than 2 weeks. According to the IV scheduling status tool, Frankfurt is scheduling cases for interviews that were DQ'd in June 2025 so you should be hearing something soon. I got my husband's interview 11 days after DQ and they were scheduling at the same rate as Frankfurt.

@J M December 2023. We also received an RFE and waited about 3 months until we were finally approved last month. I hope your I-130 will soon get approved! This journey is too long.

@Mariana ♡ I really do hope things go fast for you. He was just scheduled. We received the interview email mid June for an appointment mid August. In between that time we have to get medicals done and a pre-screening appointment. The embassy will reach out directly to us letting us know when he has to go in for pre-screening. I was told that is usually done a week or 2 before the final appointment date. The reason for the pre-screening is to hand in all necessary documents for review before the actual interview date. I'm not sure if Frankfurt does the same.

@Mariana ♡ thank you! Do you mind me asking what your rfe was about? I’m November 2023, Nebraska Service Center and also doing consular process

@J M They just needed our marriage certificate translated to English! We also had Nebraska Service Center. Then we were transferred to Vermont and then appvoed at the Texas Service Center. Not sure why it was transferred so much. I would contact your local congressperson if your RFE is still pending after like 2 months.
