NVC is different than USCIS it’s a system that review them documents, if you miss a side or miss the translation it would be rejected , they will put a notice next to it why it’s been rejected, otherwise there’s two marriage certificates , religious one and one from the Court , NVC needs the one from the court . I hope I do help you a lil if you think all of your documents are right and nothing like wat I mentioned, send in inquiry. is better then resubmitted the same thing .

noor it took them three months the first time I submitted all the documents and civil documents after the fees was paid and I re submitted an inquiry of the marriage certificate and and it took them 58 days to respond and rejected it as well again

I replaced a rejected document on Oct 12 but the date says August 12 that was the previously submission date is that normal?

@Mohammed Gadafi Ibrahim did you submit the same marriage ceritificate for the third time? NVC has rejected my marriage certificate twice saying that it isn't an acceptable marriage certificate from a correct issuing authority.
